'We had an excellent stay at Sharqotel Luxor! The hotel is in the country side, but perfect for exploring the west bank, and is close by to restaurants and shops. Especially the beautiful Habu Tempel, don’t miss it! The room was clean, modern and had a great view! Our host, Mohammed Dahab, was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great as well, and huge! He helped us arrange a taxi back to the hotel. Thank you for the stay!'

'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! 'Mooi hotel op het rustige west bank van Luxor. Oase van rust in een afgelegen deel van de stad. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel die ons erg goed geholpen heeft maar af en toe ook iets te veel aanwezig was. Dat had ook te maken dat wij precies er waren toen het net wat rustiger was in het hotel. Hele leuke kittens, mooi zwembad en heel mooi duurzaam gebouw en faciliteiten. 'Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom. Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....
