'I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and...

'We loved our stay at Naxian Soul. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is served at a restaurant next door and a la carte, with great options. Location is amazing, across from the beach and walking distance to town where we had great restaurant, coffee shops and bars options. Old town was a short drive. 'A lovely little family owned property. Minutes from beach. Supermarket on corner. Approx 15/20 minute walk from the port and local buses.Town also close by. Everything is within easy walking distance. Our room was adequate with very comfortable beds. Bathroom in our room was small but super modern. Small toiletries also supplied. Water and drinks supplied on arrival and a gift handed to us when we left which was a lovely touch. Would definitely return. '

'The hot tub was perfect, just the right temperature. The whole apartment was perfect. The only thing missing from Kitchen was a toaster but I made the hot sandwich press work as a toaster. Room was clean. Staff were attentive. '
