'The important things were there, clean, nice towels, a very comfy bed with big fluffy pillows, a larger fridge and the beach is directly across the street, and my dog was allowed no extra charge. The owner also doesn't force you to purchase insurance, a new thing I'm seeing on VRBO a lot and it adds a nice chunk of expense onto your stay or a ridiculous deposit is required.
