« TV was messed up and didn't work, and took them forever to come look at TV and then took forever trying to get another room »

« The property was located short distance from all activities I attended over the weekend. I didn't like that you had to pay for breakfast and parking. Parking says $15/day but then they had on tax. All the staff were friendly. »

« The front desk staff was very welcoming . Charnice gave some excellent food options at the in house restaurant (the duck egg rolls -yum) . The bartender was a little unattentive but overall a fantastic experience for a solo traveler. »

« I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »
