« We had an emergency hospital visit, and the hotel is a 4 minute drive from the Emory ER. The property sits in a woodland area, so it is a pretty place to stay. The front desk could not have been more helpful with our many requests. The bar and its food were perfect for our needs. This is a very solid hotel that offers most everything a weary traveller could ask for. »

« First time at this location and last. In the area for an appointment so this location was convenient. Online total was different than upfront. Okay cool a few dollars. So total was $400 with the damage deposit. After he said that he asked was we parking here. I mean of course we are. He said an extra $15 wow that’s not included okay. « I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »
