'What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature. Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! '

'The room was an old converted motel room. Nicely furnished. Clean. But not as advertised. No toilet paper. Bed was shabby and broken. Way too $ for the room. No amenities. Pictures made it look like a much larger facility. Not happy. '

'My cousin and I stayed at this fabulous establishment for 2 nights. She remarked many times that EVERYONE associated with the hotel was extremely kind. She was right! All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's. Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery....

'Element was a pleasant surprise!! Very spacious clean rooms and the hotel was easy to access! Parking is costly but we budgeted for it, so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was a hit and quite cozy. This will be my go to spot for future ATL endeavors!!'

'My daughter and I enjoyed every bit of our stay customer service was excellent. The downstairs restaurant amazing . Anything I asked for that completely recognized. This hotel was clean and welcoming every day we were there 4/17 late check in and check out was fast and no problem. They even help with bags to the uber and everything worked out good for our stay.
