'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

Nella descrizione di Expedia si parlava di vasca idromassaggio e non c'era, è una info bugiarda, inoltre il riscaldamento era gestito unicamente con condizionatori e ne bastava uno acceso per far scattare la corrente. La proprietaria si è resa disponibile offrendoci una stufa a gas ma la struttura è stata comunque deludente rispetto alla descrizione.'

'Een mooi, ruim oud huis vol karakter En geschiedenis. De tuin heeft een fantastisch uitzicht maar ook veel muggen. Een korte wandeling de berg op en je bent in het mooie centrum met een prachtig groot plein, cafés, restaurants en een paar winkels. Todi heeft een aantal mooie kerken, antieke restanten, musea, een park en schitterende uitzichtpunten. Op en rondom het plein is er ‘s avonds vermaak zoals muziek en films. Todi Is echt een geheime tip!'

Jammer genoeg zijn de keukens en badkamers zeer oud en zijn er veel dingen die niet werken, zoals de waterkoker, de oven beneden en de buitendouche. Alles is aan vernieuwing toe. De eigenaar is wel behulpzaam en is perfect bereikbaar.'

Het landhuis biedt veel comfort waarbij alle slaapkamers een eigen badkamer/douche en ventilator hebben en horren en luiken voor alle ramen. Een groot zwembad (regelmatig schoongemaakt) in een mooie tuin. Keuken gerei meer dan voldoende aanwezig en een mooie tuin. Alles schoon en netjes; gerund door een behulpzame en vriendelijke familie. 'We had a great stay is this beautiful house. It is the perfect location to enjoy Orvieto, Bolsena Lake (Both 15 minutes) and within 75 minutes you are in Rome. The house has different levels outside and with a baby that crawls, it sometimes was a challenge. But the garden was so pretty and colouful. Everything was perfect and clean. Andrea checkt if everything was ok regularly and even brought a microwave. So friendly. Ik really recommend this house.'

'Stunning house with A+ furnishing, the ceiling fans and air conditioners were useful extras in this year's summer heat. A beautiful garden & terraces and a small but pleasant swimming pool. And let's not forget the incredible view of the surroundings! We could also enjoy the swallows and the bats that passed by! Gave us all that extra "Italy-feeling". And thank you for the warm welcome and of course the start-package in the fridge! We were super positive about everything. But we found it a pity...

'Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben wij gehad. Toen we aankwamen bleek dat we een appartement zonder airco hadden gereserveerd en mochten we van Ginevre naar een ander appartement met airco. Dit was geweldig op een hele mooie azienda! We hebben heerlijk gezwommen in beide baden en lekker culinair gegeten in het restaurant, kortom super!'

'Abbiamo passato il capodanno 2023 in questa splendida casa di campagna in4 adulti e 2 cagnoline. La casa è spaziosa, ben organizzata e completa di ogni confort. Ed il posto è incantevole: circondata da ulivi e verde. Bellissimo il porticato. Abbiamo apprezzato il camino (con legna a disposizione) che ha reso davvero piacevoli le nostre serate. Per i cani c'è un ampio giardino recintato. La cucina è fornita davvero di tutto. Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto e fatto trovare in casa...

'Het huis is echt super! Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin van vier maar je kan hier met veel meer personen verblijven. Er zijn 4 ruime slaapkamers, twee badkamers en twee leefruimtes met allebei een keuken. Devilla is voorzien van alle modern comfort en beschikt over een goede airconditioning. Buiten heb je wel 4 terassen voor lunch en diner of om gewoon te chillen waarvan eentje aan het fantastische zwembad. 's Avonds is de tuin mooi verlicht.
