'Room and the whole place was clean. Staffs were very nice, easy access to the other restaurants, groceries and gift shops. One thing I was disappointed which is the same with the other hotels …no access to the beach to swim. You have to rent a golf cart to go to the Secret Beach w/c was another experience, but it’s worth it…it was beautiful '

'We started for 8 nights in a suite with balcony in the 2nd floor. The view was amazing! From the couch we seem to be in a boat! Everyday room cleaning. Filtered water available. The restaurant was pretty good. Two big screen TVs with decent cable selections. Pool was super clean and refreshing! Personnel was caring and nice!'

'Our host JC was incredibly gracious and is excellent and attentive to our requests. We can in the off season so the roads getting there were terrible due to wet season flooding but the Casa Nova made an effort to help us forget about the outside world. They offered kayaks, pattleboarding, games, and we were fortunate enough to be there when the new owners were onsite and they even invited us to watch a football game with them. Lots of fish and beautiful no sargussum beach to spend the day...

'We had a 2-bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean, and the kids loved having their own room on the second level. The timing of our visit was not very fortunate (it rained almost every day), but the ocean view from the balcony and the close proximity to everything (diving, restaurants) were very helpful. We could enjoy the ocean view at any moment without getting wet and could walk to restaurants and back between heavy showers. Our dive shop picked us up by boat at Ramon's dock, which is right...
