'Wonderful'

'I had a fantastic stay at La Casa Juan Ranas. It was mid October so the weather was still warm and the local area was vibrant. The view from my suite’s terrace, was truly breathtaking - the best view of Alhambra! It was memorable having breakfast on my terrace and seeing the whole of Granada sprawling beneath the palace. The staff and hotel owner were great and made sure no request was too much - they were really friendly and helpful, arranging trips to the Alhambra. The food in the hotel...

'Everything was fine , but bar and dining room are a bit clinical with bright lights. An interior decorator could make some improvements.'

'Excelente hotel.'

'The hotel was very noisy at night. If you come for rest you better take another hotel. After service could be better. They charge you with extreme costs to send you something back which you forgot. '

Once inside, the air conditioning was not working properly. We spent around three hours trying to get the issue resolved and waiting for their technician. The technician eventually confirmed that the air conditioning could not be fixed. In Granada summer heat, working AC is not a luxury; it is a...
