'We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'De villas liggen rustig en direct aan een privé strand. De auto staat veilig en bewaakt op het terrein. De villas zijn volledig ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. Ook de 2 zwembaden zijn fijn waarvan 1 voor kleine kinderen. We hebben genoten.'

'The house was just as listed and well maintained. The owner was responsive to questions and the onsite staff was very helpful. The location was great with easy access to Tulum, snorkeling with sea turtles, and numerous cenotes. The little reef just inside the breakwater (dark spot in the water) was good for a short snorkel. '
