'Had an amazing experience! Especially the staff were so helpful! Jorge- the manager- made our experience top notch! He was such a great man! Food was delicious! Could not use the beach due to algae season but pools were great! Spa was incredible- great service. The only thing we did not like is the their sales manager’s attitude! I think his name was Scott. 'Wij verbleven een week in dit hotel met een gezin met twee kinderen. We zaten in blok 4, redelijk recent gerestaureerd. Wel wat verschil tussen de kamers, wij kregen geen slippers, de kinderen wel. Wij kregen meer water, de kinderen minder. We hebben regelmatig gevraagd voor extra handdoeken want de kamer was vochtig dus niets werd droog. 'Our room was okay for my wife and 2 kids(10/13) but it had limited to zero privacy even in the OPEN bathroom area. We had to make our own privacy barrier with towels/comforter from the bed. The kids club wasn’t too bad and our 10yr old managed even though they didn’t offer any electronic options(video games), foosball, ping pong or air hockey games.
