'Had an amazing experience! Especially the staff were so helpful! Jorge- the manager- made our experience top notch! He was such a great man! Food was delicious! Could not use the beach due to algae season but pools were great! Spa was incredible- great service. The only thing we did not like is the their sales manager’s attitude! I think his name was Scott. 'Wij verbleven een week in dit hotel met een gezin met twee kinderen. We zaten in blok 4, redelijk recent gerestaureerd. Wel wat verschil tussen de kamers, wij kregen geen slippers, de kinderen wel. Wij kregen meer water, de kinderen minder. We hebben regelmatig gevraagd voor extra handdoeken want de kamer was vochtig dus niets werd droog. 'This was my first time staying at a Grand Sirenis hotel, and must say that their customer service is Top Notch. Their staff really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. They have concierge staff, like Alfred, dedicated to Expedia guests and to make sure you are taken care of throughout your stay. Got stock inside the room, ac turned off and when back ri the room at night, floor was wet and bed linen damp, documents damp, when asked for the car with 2 hours ahead the car never arrived until we got the the Fd to requested again.
