« Perfect stay. Location is ideal, walking distance to Akumal or to Yal-Ku, very near a couple of good restaurants. Beach is quiet with easy snorkel access. Third-floor is very nice and private, we rarely heard any other tenants. View is spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the view. « Akumal is a special town that I have visited for over 25 years. This was my first time staying at LaSerina. Such a lovely location. The courtyard gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants, and is beautifully maintained. There is a large lovely pool in the center of this courtyard. The condo was decorated in traditional Mexican decor with lots of nice personal touches. The staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Not outstanding, just a fair place to stay. A 2 bed 2 bath condo is about the same price as this one bed, one bath suite after all the fees and taxes are added to the final cost. Unable to negotiate price per night with owner. Bed very comfortable, toilet needs fixed, maid service was excellent, kitchen offered the bare minimum utensils for making meals. « Fabulous stay! The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The whole area felt safe, peaceful, and friendly, with plenty of convenient parking. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble spotting the ‘Nahil’ sign above the entrance, but we found it. The night guard, Alberto, was incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside to our entire trip had nothing to do with the condo or the area .....

« We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! »
