'The room was comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is close to the highway, there were no noise issues. The sink wouldn't drain properly. It turned out that the plug was completely clogged; I dragged it out and it was full of long hair that smelled extremely foul. Clearly this hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The breakfast was rather poor, but that appears to be the standard for this type of chain hotel in the US. Barely any fresh and healthy options. Instead, you get prepacked toast...

'The hotel itself was awesome. My experience with Expedia was a nightmare. Room was not advertised the same as it was on holiday inns website. Was expecting 2 beds and only received 1 bed and a couch. After nearly 2 hours of waiting online for Expedia as the online messaging portal is a joke, I was told they are booked and to try another hotel. But hotel was going to charge for one night if I canceled.'
