This is a self-contained property rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complimentary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed.
We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
The property has a fully enclosed yard with a lockable gate. We allow one cat or one dog only, with a maximum weight of 10kg. As stated in the listing, a pet fee of $70 per day applies and is non-refundable. In addition, a refundable damage deposit of $250 is required for guests travelling with pets. This deposit will be released after a full inspection of the property upon check-out, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required due to the pet.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
