This spacious three-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to six guests. It features one king bed, one queen bed and one double bed, making it suitable for families or groups. The layout is designed to provide both comfort and practicality for shared stays.
Located on a higher level, the apartment offers open city views. The living area extends to a balcony furnished with a sofa and a small table, creating a relaxing outdoor space. All bedrooms include large floor-to-ceiling windows, and one bedroom also has access to its own balcony, enhancing the overall sense of space and light.
A fully equipped kitchen is available, allowing guests to prepare meals during their stay, whether for a short visit or a longer stay in the city.

1. CCTV operates 24/7 across all common areas, including each level of the building, and is monitored by the building committee. Apartment entrances are clearly captured by the surveillance system.
** Any unusually high number of visitors beyond normal residential use may trigger attention from the building security team for further review.**
2. The building does not permit commercial or illegal activities.
3. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and minimise noise, especially in shared areas.
4. Non-compliance with building by-laws will result in fines and could result in immediate termination of the stay.

Guest Access:

*** All other common facilities are strictly for residents only.
* Please kindly notice: the public facilities might be unavailable due to unexpected or scheduled maintenance that is organized by the building manager. As your host, I don't receive timely notifications or updates from the building manager.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
