The inviting living area features timber flooring, ample seating, a central TV and a dedicated workspace, with a seamless single-level layout and no stairs to navigate. Stepping through to the well-equipped kitchen, you`ll find everything you need for easy self-catering, including a gas cooktop, integrated fridge and Nespresso machine. Pull up a stool at the three-seater breakfast bar for your morning coffee, gather around the dining table for a shared meal or step outside to the private courtyard, where a small outdoor setting invites you to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed dressed in crisp white linen, with bedside lamps for evening reading. The second bedroom features two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. Both bedrooms share the home`s calming navy and grey palette. The bathroom is conveniently located nearby, with a separate toilet to make busy mornings easier. A dedicated internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Ducted heating and cooling keep the home comfortable year-round, while a private lock-up garage provides secure parking throughout your stay.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
