'The villa is brand new and well equiped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large, actually everything is very spacious. Nice livingroom and great kitchen. We had a lovely holiday week at this villa. The small town of Blonay offers a supermarket and some small shops and restaurants. 'The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year.'

'We loved the house. The view over the lake was breathtaking. It was decorated with style and we liked sitting on the balcony or in the living room and enjoying the view. The kids loved the fact they had their own floor and a large garden where they could play frisbee. There were a lot of activities you can do with children. 'We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful.'

'We were a group of 15 people feom germany. The house was very big and we got many toys dor the kids. The big pool was awsome. In the house we found all things we need and much more. In the room with the kicker ans billard table we played every evening. In 20 to 30min we were in Genf and some supermarket were 10min away. The house was perfect for our holidays.'

'Unfortunately there were a lot of aspects of booking and staying at this property that were unprofessional and uncomfortable. The only person who spoke to us was the host’s husband, and he never gave us his name, even in person. We never saw or spoke to Madeleine. They didn’t respond to messages in the app. Madeleine’s husband asked us to cancel on our end 2 days before the reservation began. His rationale was that there was an ant infestation but that they were harmless so if we didn’t want...

'Wij zijn twee weken met ons gezin in de zomervakantie in deze woning geweest. Heerlijk ruim, rustig gelegen, compleet ingericht, hartelijke eigenaren. De omgeving is vooral ingericht op skiën, maar ook voor natuurliefhebbers zijn er voldoende mooie plekjes te vinden. Aanbevolen!'
