Welcome to this beautiful piece of paradise. Enjoy an incredible holiday in this private fabulous fully equipped villa! This really 5 * villa is centrally located in tropical Bali in a small village and just 15 minutes from the tourist center of Ubud. About here all major attractions are reachable within 60 minutes! The view from the infinity pool of 70 2 meters (!) and whirlpool villa is incredible: the famous rice fields are spread out for you to admire!

We offer all our guests a free first meal, free use of mountain bikes and -if you stay for 5 nights or more- a free pick up from the airport! Easy and comfortable!

The Villa:
The villa is located on the main street of a small village (Singapadu Kaler, one of the 14 Ubud villages). The villa, garden and pool are located on a fenced property of 2600 sqm. The house is fully furnished; Towels, pool towels and sheets are provided. The kitchen is complete with large fridge, a water tank with chilled water, toaster, Nespresso and a filter / bean coffee machine and a blender. In the living room you will find a LCD flat screen television with USB interface and Cable TV with international and kids channels. The villa is completely private and guests have access to all this privacy and luxury the villa has to offer. You have nothing to share and are free to set your own time to have breakfast or other meals!

On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king size beds. On the first floor there are also two large bedrooms with king size beds and one comfortable sofa bed which give the opportunity to host a total of 10 persons. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning and attached bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a so called 'open' bathroom where you can have a bath or shower with the stars or sun above you!

Also on the ground floor of this majestic villa you will find a large living room with a lounge area. There is a flat screen TV and it is provided with more than 200 international channels. Also there is an iPhone speaker set, a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

For babies we can provide a baby chair and baby cot. In the huge tropical garden of 2600 2 meters you will find an infinity swimming pool and a refreshing whirlpool. There is also a covered billiard house, in which a game of pool billiard and dart board is placed. In order to explore Bali, there are five mountain bikes available free of use!

The Staff:
Included in the rental of the villa you have full service or our friendly staff. So there are 2 great household / cooks, one gardener, one pool man and a help desk / driver (who is available for day trips or taxi services).

The staff team exists of nice and kind people. As a guest you have private staff for the villa. There is a gardener / pool man, a freelance driver and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and some western food. The staff have humor and do their very best to make you feel good so you can have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, 8 hours a day. The staff costs are included in the rental rate, also the cooking of all meals are included, only the groups for the food are for your own account. As guests we offer you the first meal for free (including ingredients). So you can start relaxing after arrival instantly!

For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for the transportation (petrol) costs. You'll enjoy a carefree holiday in this beautiful tropical villa with extremely friendly and hospitable staff!

There are 220 restaurants in Ubud, many guests choose to eat outside, because there is plenty of choice, even within walking distance of the house. You can ask the staff to make reservations or arrange taxi services. Large and small supermarkets with fresh bread, fruit, spreads, etc. can be reached by scooter or car within 1-8 minutes, or course the staff can also take care of this.

After booking we will send you a welcome letter with all the details of the villa. In the villa you will find brochures and more tourist information. During your stay you can always contact the help desk or the staff for any questions you might have.

You have nothing to share and are free to set your own time to have breakfast or other meals!

Transfer
The best way to get around Bali is with your own transport, whether you drive your selves, hire a driver, a moped or ride a (mountain) bike. This gives you the flexibility to explore and allows you to reach many places that are otherwise inaccessible. We have two scooters included helmets available to rent for you. The use of these scooters is Rp 120,000 per scooter per day.

We can arrange a pick up from the airport to the villa for you. Our private driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall of the airport to bring you safe and comfortable with an air-co MPV to the villa. And if you book for 5 days (or more) this will be free of charge!

For sightseeing tours you can also use our private and dedicated driver. Most of our guests do. Arrangements can be made directly via our staff or via our helpdesk (even on short notice). The driver speaks English very well and is also a good guide, He knows the nicest places and hot spots to visit in Bali!

The use of our private air conditioning MPV with our driver is only RP 700,000 per day including petrol and the private English driver. The driver is also a good guide and can show you all the hotspots and attractions of wonderful Bali. It is also available for taxi services in case you want to do shopping or dining!

There are also 2 motorbikes available for rent, this cost RP 120,000 per day, per motorbike (including helmets).

This village also features the two famous attractions "Bali Zoo" (10 min away) and "Bird Park" (5 min away). Easy to reach with the (5!) mountain bikes who are available for free in the villa!

Enjoy the surroundings of Bali. Bali has a rich nature, with mountains, volcanoes, salt mines and colorful flora and fauna. Culture and religious experience are impressive. The people are friendly and welcoming and the smells of fresh fruit and spices are everywhere.
