Het zwembad bleek bij aankomst niet beschikbaar, we konden wel zwemmen bij een hotel verderop, echter is dit niet vermeld op de site van Expedia, waar deze fout dan ligt is de vraag maar het mag niet voorkomen dat de klant voor verassingen komt te staan.'

Het personeel is attent en vraagt uit eigen beweging of je nog extra service nodig hebt. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en ook hier is de bediening attent en ondersteunend.
