'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'Really impressive! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with every amenity that you could wish to have. The pool, gym, steam and sauna were all a nice addition. The hotel was close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. A real gem. Well worth a stay! '

'Staff were lovely. There's lots of options of things to do onsite. The kids absolutely loved the slides, pool and splash park. Mum also loved the cabanas in this area where she could read a book! Our daughter even napped on the cabana between swims. Food and coffee were delicious from the coffee, the staff left sweet little notes on our coffee cups which put a smile on our faces. Play facilities for kids were amazing! '
