'The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended.'

'Staff were amazing! However, the elevators were not working our entire stay. Also, there was no trash can in the bathroom along with a burnt out light bulb and leaky toilet. Housekeeping did not show up so we were out of coffee pods and bottled water. With all that said I would give them another try solely on how friendly the hotel staff was!'

'We arrived at 7:00 PM and is was almost 8:00’before we were able to check in. Was not offered free breakfast or free parking or anything for the inconvenience of not being able to check in. The employee was very nice and apologetic but, i just feel like something should have been done to compensate us for the inconvenience.'
