'The staff was so kind! The rooms were giant and very clean with an amazing view! The breakfast was very good! (I’m eating gluten free and they had a gluten free bread but it was a bit dry..) The only thing that we didn’t like was that they have charged us on parking in the hotel. We will definitely be back!'

'The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. Also, you needed to present a voucher for almost anything like comfortable beds at the pool. The extra costs for the pool beds and other services in the hotel were ridiculously high. 'Heel groot hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, maar spreken amper Engels. Wij verbleven in de tower, een grote kamer met balkon en zijdelingszeezicht. Kamer stonk elke dag naar vocht en een beschimmelde kelder. Badkamer erg klein. Een ouder hotel, vandaar de goedkopere prijs. Ontbijt was erg druk en typisch Japans. Eerder beperkte variatie. '

'We came across this hotel by chance and well we're surprised in a very good way! The location itself is not that great (not near any beach or lively town that is), but the resort is very beautiful. '周辺に観光地はあまりないけど、のんびり過ごすには最高のホテルです。 ２泊３日でしたが、ほとんど外出せずホテル内で過ごしました。 ホテルのどこからでも綺麗な海が見えます。 施設も豪華というより贅沢さを感じる造りになってます。 夕食は１日目だけホテルのレストランで食べましたが、そこはひらまつだけあって充分満足できる内容でした。 ロケーション、施設、どれを取っても良かったですが、特にスタッフの応対は素晴らしかったです。 ほとんどマイナス面はありませんが敢えてあげるとすると、ホテル真下のビーチにゴミが散乱していること。 ビーチは公用でひらまつの管理ではないので仕方ありませんが、せっかくの綺麗な眺めなのでゴミだけでも何とかなればいいなと思います。 でもそれを、差し引いても満点に近い素晴らしいホテルでした。'
