« Good hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past three years and it’s keeping its good quality and standards. However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »

« Stayed here recently for two nights while the Cricket was on. All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful, the hotel is modern and our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel had a driver that did our Airport transfers which was arranged previously without any issues. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant that is very good and there is all you could want at breakfast time. Would recommend if you are staying in Lucknow. »

« We had club room, showers was not having water pressure, no or less hot water . Sink was clogged did complain multiple times guy came and tried but water was not going after few hours this was condition till our last day of four nights stay, power outages multiple times have to put keycard in again and again and it was not working multiple times. Staff was nice but facility is poorly Maintained or useless management. »

« The hotel has 2 wings. We stayed in the main part of the hotel. The wings are used for wedding's etc. The hotel was decent enough and had nearly everything a hotel provides. The fine dining restaurant is a must if you are staying at the Golden Blossom. »
