« Le restaurant est à éviter si possible. Le personnel est très souriant et chaleureux, mais ne comprennent pas toujours très bien qu'il y a des moments ou on ne veut pas être dérangé, même par quelqu'un qui sourit et est gentil. »

« This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. »

« From the moment we arrived we felt safe and at home. The property has a lovely calm feel. All the staff are super helpful. Particular highlights are the cooked breakfast and the fact they serve really good coffee if you order the cafeteria. The rooms are spacious and the beds clean and comfortable. »

« Mt Pleasant was a pleasant stay for us. Our only issue is that it is a bit secluded and since we did not have a car, it was a bit more difficult to get around. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. »

« Anytime an entity calls and has their alleged local police assault and detain me because I loudly vocalized several legitimate complaints about not having consistent hot water, unstabe Wifi and a complicit staff that every morning purposely made every Loud noise one can make, you tell me how the stay was...?!? »

« It is a secluded place where the staff strive to give an excellent personalised service. Affordable price, it's your home away from home. Air conditioning, WiFi service with a smile. I was even able to host friends and family while there and it was not an issue. Surprised such a great place with helpful people exists »

« Overall, it was a great stay. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the sofa and shower. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on and the shower could use more room to set your bathroom things. Overall it was great. Food was a little better than great. Service also was over the top. Thank you so much. »

« If you are in Harare area and you want a comfortable place that makes you feel comfortable and feel safe, i will definitely be back and i recommend this place, the owners are very nice ans welcoming and will do everything to make you feel at home, »
