'This was a nice, quiet, comfortable and relaxing cruise. The staff was amazing. We did 3days/2 nights and that was enough to see everything around. I wished we did travel more on the larger boat and not the tenders. The smaller boats were not comfortable and usually hot and crowded. The drinks were affordable but definitely the bar service was on the slower side. I would recommend them renaming some of the drinks as well -we wouldn’t have Ben order some because they were name inappropriately but...

'We had a very pleasant stay starting with a free upgrade on arrival. The room was very spacious and clean and the view over the bay was amazing. We made use of the pool and the gym which were good too. Only downside was the price of the breakfast, which was not entirely worth it.'

'Het hotel was prima, met uitzicht op de bergen van Ha Long Bay, echter voor de deur (overkant weg) zeer grote bouwput, waar 24/7 wordt gewerkt. Jammer voor het hotel, ze kunnen er natuurlijk niets aan doen. Dicht in de buurt van leuk pretpark voor kinderen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kan door de grootte van het hotel echter niet altijd attent zijn. Prima, luxe ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamers ook erg luxe. 'I had a wonderful stay here. Great hotel, good location but the best was the wonderful staff who helped me a lot. For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. Great stay and will definitely come back next time.'

'We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. '
