'Nicely appointed room in the Harmony section of the resort. Several pools and the ocean front were easily accessible. Common areas were kept pristine at all times. Many meal choices, all well prepared and presented.
Most importantly, all staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Obviously taking great pride in their respective positions.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The front desk, housekeeping and service staff were very friendly and helpful, which we found of all St. Lucians we met. The restaurants within the hotel provided excellent food, the Saturday barbecue was incredible.'

'We spent almost a week at Bay Gardens Beach Resort with our two kids (5 and 7) and had a really enjoyable stay.
The pool was the highlight for our family. The different depths made it safe and fun for both children — our youngest gained confidence in the water, and our oldest improved a lot.
