« Les chambres sont magnifiques, l'hôtel est un ancien palais du Maharajah de Mysore. Mais aux prix où la nuit est facturée, il semble inimaginable de ne pas pouvoir se laver à l'eau chaude (au mieux, on pourrait qualifier l'eau obtenue de "non froide", même pas tiède...) »

« Hotel très à l'écart. Confort et propreté limite. Ooty est à 2300 M. Chambre glaciale. Malade durant la nuit suite au repas servi en chambre. .. »

« It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty. I wish the property were renting scooters to go to city and sight seeing. Auto or cab is the only mode of transportation. Majority of the residents have their own car. I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation. »

« Even though booking was for AC room, on reaching there we were told it is for non-AC room as Premier Triple rooms are non-AC only and we had to pay $28 extra for shifting to AC room. »

« It was a nice stay at Adrak. Thanks to their courteous and friendly staff! This property is surrounded by forest, so only nature lovers would enjoy it the most. The staff was helpful. The food served was tasty. We encountered a herd at a safe distance. »

« Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception...

« Great getaway for a few days immersed in nature, stunning hikes and views and wonderful staff and cuisine. Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs! »
