'This was our first trip anywhere in Greece. We chose Plakias on the south west cost of Crete, and I'm so glad we did as the weather was stunning, for October, as was Crete itself. 'Perfectly located above a supermarket in Georgioupoli square. 5 well appointed appartments which appear to be fairly new. Room 2 ( ours) and room 3 have near perfect views of the square with its 2 fountains and all the activity at night with the surrounding bars/ restaurants etc. With the balcony door shut we could hear nothing outside so good soundproofing. 'Prachtig complex, gelegen op een rustige plek. Mooie kamers, zwembad met loungeplekken en op loopafstand van de kust. In de buurt is niet veel te doen, maar met de auto zijn er plaatsen in de buurt te bezoeken. Dit is zeer zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een rustige vakantie'

Für Leute die es gerne etwas ruhiger haben, abseits von großen Bettenburgen ist dieses kleine Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, die Lage direkt am Meer und die Poolterrasse sind wirklich sehr schön. Wir hatten zudem das Glück ein schönes großes Zimmer direkt mit Meerblick zu bekommen, Zimmer wurden auch jeden Tag gereinigt. 'Super leuke appartementen, ruim opgezet en onwijs aardige eigenaren. Echt bijkomen in de rust, strand is ook prachtig. Bij ons stond er het eerste deel van de week een flinke wind waardoor strand niet echt fijn was, dit schijnt vaker zo te zijn. Douche is een beetje klein, wc wordt helemaal nat als je doucht. Maar daar is alles mee gezegd, super verblijf gehad! '

'Spent 4 nights at the apartments. We stayed in July so were aware of the property. There were only us and another friendly couple staying here as it was getting to the end of the season. The rooms weren't cleaned during this time or fresh sheets and the bins weren't emptied. We disposed of the bathroom bin contents. We are aware there's no cleaner over the weekend, so maybe be provided with more bin bags and a bin to dispose of them in. We'd still happily stay here again.'

'This was our 6th trip here, so obviously there is a lot to love. Three times as a couple, this was 3rd with two younger generations. Staff are lovely - although there is a risk of wine recommendations becoming a sales pitch. There are lots more hotel-organised trips available than before. This can provide comfort and confidence to new visitors but you can save money if you choose to arrange them yourself. Pool area is beautifully kept and clean.
