'I had issues with some staff while others were quite helpful and pleasant. The room was not the cleanest. I’m not sure if I will ever return. Stand out employees were Shane and the African American foreign lady at the front desk!'

'The room was big but one side of the room was way too hot and there was no ways to bring the temperature down. The room was "clean" when we got in but you could easily see that it was done VERY fast. We had 1/3 of a toilet paper roll, no kleenex, 2 towels for a room with 6 persons, the little bottles of shampoo were already used and myou could find food all around the floor. No blankets for the pull out bed. The employee at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. The pool was clean and open...

'Beautiful establishment. The manager or owner when we arrived was very sweet, informative, and inviting. It had very nice rooms, cool, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Pool area was clean and nice.
Restaurant and seating were beautiful - we enjoyed sitting across the street on the water. Our only complaints were they were out of a couple appetizers and drinks during our dinner.
Since we stayed during the week the outdoor bar was not open - which was communicated ahead of time,...
