'I liked the fact that you had a full service breakfast. The quality of the food in the mornings was very good.
Having a tea and coffee station was very convenient as I had several work meetings in the lobby. The weather had turned cold and the lobby was draughty. I asked if we could light the fireplace and was told the hotel didnt have any firewood- which was surprising. Keeping a fire lit would make the hotel more welcoming and comfortable.

The only issue and I know is not the hotels fault is the, transients around the property. Have to always make sure that doors from vehicles are locked and not valuables left on sight. I had a couple tools stolen out of my vehicle on the last few years and the latest issue was that they dumped some trash on my utility trailer during the night time, but like I mentioned before, I know this is not the hotel’s...

Comfort Inn Redding Near I-5Hilltop

'The room was absolutely filthy. It stunk like mold and dirty feet.
The staff did not honor my ESA card
So I had to pay $70 for two emotional support dogs plus $100 deposit which I’ve never received back and the room was so bad. I didn’t even want my dogs on the floor.
My bed was very comfortable. I had a very soft comforter in between the two sheet sheets that they use, which I appreciate.
And the water pressure was wonderful
Other than that, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone...
