"The hotel is excellently located, with a wide range of shops in the surrounding area. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and attentive. The mattress I slept on was very firm; I am unsure whether this was due to wear or because it was not suited to my personal needs. I requested two duvets to place on top of the mattress to improve my comfort, and my request was promptly fulfilled. I did, however, note the absence of eggs, bacon, freshly cut fruit, and bottled water at breakfast."
