« Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Exceptionally comfortable bed, no noise at all heard in the room, even though the lobby area/bar was busy. Will definitely stay here again. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fridge and safe in the room, very quiet bathroom fan, and comfy chairs. Only downside I could possibly find was there was only one plug socket near the bed for phone charging, but that’s not exactly a big deal. « Stayed there 1 night as i was attending a convention at NEC. It is closed to it that is the main good point of this place. It is expensive, old, super strict on rules, times and procedure. Rooms are old. No plug near the beds for your phone, lack of noise isolation, old furniture. My door was banging every time somebody around was closing there's.... let's say it makes early morning it you deceided to sleep in. Staff is nice but will not do more than what they are paid for. Happy mood is not...
