« The place is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and professional from the front of house to waiting staff to the house keeping teams. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are always super hot so we opened a window, only to find the storage heating was on when we return. Just worth checking before you leave your room that is on zero.The spa is also lovely with excellent staff. »

« The main building is very impressive and the site is beautiful. The rooms which are located in separate buildings are quite simple and less stylish but ok. »

« A lovely hotel. Very clean throughout. The room was spacious and modern with a decent shower and quality toiletries. The bed was big and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels provided. The bar area was comfy and drinks reasonably priced. The grounds were nice, with good outside seating. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The only very small downside was that the room was very hot, even with windows open. That said, we would happily stay there again. »

« Very noisy room, near the road and just near the central heating system of the hotel, could nearly not sleep. Nearly not water in the shower, have taken my shower at the office each morning. »

« A very good location for walking into Leamington Spa. I liked the fresh modern decoration and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a shame that the bathroom was let down by the worn out dirty shower screen seal. »
