Alles ok Location - room - housekeeping - breakfast - restaurant etc I go already 7 years to the same location !

Lekker dicht bij de actie en heerlijk genoten van dit Hotel. Een echte aanrader!

Ligging, net buiten de drukte van het centrum, mooi zicht, kamer met zeezicht geboekt. 1 min punt, het ontbijt is gericht op de Chinezen .

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel had a great spa, several pools, and an amazing gym which is perfect if you like staying active during your vacation. However, there are a few things that could be better. The hotel is quite far from places you might want to visit, so you need a car, scooter, or taxi to get around. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus to Rawai Beach, but you still have to walk quite a bit to actually reach the beach. The shuttle also goes to Naiharn Beach, which was a big disappointment. The sunbeds by the pools are old, broken, worn out, and uncomfortable. The sun lounger towels provided are too small to cover the whole sunbed, which is not very comfortable either. The food at the hotel is good but it's more expensive than what you would normally expect to pay in Thailand. All the rooms we checked had a moldy smell which wasn't very nice. We asked to change rooms right when we got there, but all the ones we saw had the same problem. At night, the hotel can get quite noisy with some guests who like to get drunk and high late into the night. Also, the hotel has a digital concierge app, but it's hit or miss whether they respond quickly or at all. It's usually better to just use the phone. They have a monthly brunch which is nice, but it's mostly older people who attend. The breakfast has a fair variety of food but it's not as extensive as it seems.
