Our stay at Vertali was made truly special by the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Mooi, schoon, niet te groot, prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede parkeermogelijkheden, direkt aan het strand. Enige jammere was dat elke dag het handdoekje leggen in het zwembad gespeeld werd, heel irritante mensen, hieraan zou iets moeten worden gedaan.

Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly, led by a great example from Anna, the manager. All inclusive food option amongst the best we have experienced. Property was spotless and room was of good size. Even though this was boutique hotel of only about 50 rooms, there were still day and evening activities for those who wanted to join in. Free parking was easy on a quiet rood just off the main route through Aghia Marina and outside the hotel. There is a convenient pathway from the rear of the hotel down to the main road, which about 50 yards long. Getting back up shouldn’t be an issue for anyone of average fitness with some steps then up to the pool area, though not suitable this way for anyone with mobility issues. All in all, we saw many good reviews before we booked and we were not disappointed. I can think of many so- called 5* hotel chains who could learn much from the way this hotel is run… Highly recommended!

Bra skick då hotellet är nyrenoverat o läget är perfekt på stranden MEN servicen saknas helt , alla skyller på alla när man har önskemål/ klagomål, frukosten är dålig, resturang saknas o i baren kan dom göra 2( Två) av drinkarna på menyn . Åk inte hit innan dom bytt personal.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Galini Palace Resort Hotel. The overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful throughout, as the hotel is located in a quiet area away from the main tourist crowds. The Highlights: The absolute star of the hotel is the pool area - it is large, beautiful, crystal clear, and offers great view of the sea. The staff were also extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food variety in the dining room was impressive, and while not every dish was to our personal taste, we always found plenty to enjoy. Areas for Improvement: There were a few minor issues that kept this from being a true 5-star experience: Pool Hours: The pool hours are quite limited (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM). We felt it would be much better if it opened earlier and stayed open later in the evening, especially during the long summer days. Room Amenities: For a 5-star hotel, we expected more luxury touches. For example there were no bathrobes, and it was disappointing to be charged an extra daily fee to use the room safe. Maintenance & Cleanliness: The showerhead in our room was completely clogged. Also, there was a strange, strong smell of cleaning products in the hallway outside our room, which wasn't very pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful setting. With a little more attention to the small details and operating hours, it would be perfect.

Staff was great, accessible and very helpful! Good variety of food choices and good quality at breakfast and dinner, could be a bit better in terms of choice on the pool bar buffet and non alcoholic drinks for the All-inclusive. Children's swimming pool is awesome! Very good experience!!
