Beautifull view of the beach and the sea from the bure/room. Also a great view from the bar. The area of the resort looks good and are good maintained. The room is very clean and tidy. There is only WIFI available in the mainbuilding, not in the bure/room. You got to pay for the WIFI. The food tast good, only the beverages are to expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

We booked a long weekend to explore a new side of the island and had a pleasant, relaxing break overall. The drinks package was good value for money, even with a curated selection. We also appreciated the opportunity to see a new area. That said, there are a few operational areas where the guest experience could be smoother: Package Orientation: We found the details of the all-inclusive package-specifically how and where it applied a bit confusing during our first day. Better onboarding at check-in would help guests hit the ground running. Pool Capacity: The pool area gets crowded quickly for a resort of this size, and additional sun loungers would be a very welcome addition. Atmosphere: The food was fine, and while the staff were polite, the overall vibe is a bit more hands-off. Families used to the super engaged, energetic atmosphere of Denarau might find the kid engagement here a little subdued. We made a few good memories during our stay and are glad we went, but it’s likely a one-and-done destination for our family.

We loved our time at Outrigger wish we could have stayed longer, but we had a quick trip for a wedding on site. Be mindful it is a 1.5 hr drive from Nadi airport so if arriving late may be worth looking into. The staff were all so friendly. I was not aware of the food packages until a few days prior, so we didn’t get them added on. Worth sussing this out if you are planning on not leaving the resort. The kids club was amazing the staff even remembered my child’s name when we popped past the next day. Heaps of activities on every day. Friendly service, sometimes a little slow but they were getting smashed with orders being school holidays. Upon me mentioning to a staff member it was my husband’s birthday at breakfast the entire staff came over singing with a cake slice. Wedding venue was top notch and the staff looking after the reception were amazing. A great holiday.

My wife amd i stayed for a week and had the best relaxing week! We have a special diet and the staff/chefs accommodated every meal, and the food tasted incredible!!!! Also all the staff you meet are extremely nice - we feel like we have made friends. We absolutely recommend staying here - it is magical!
