If not the beautiful and clean sea, white sand and warm weather, I would definitely say that this trip was not worth it at all. We stayed at Cove and that is the newest tower in Atlantis and it’s already very far of being new. Check in time at 4 is too late, you basically pay for that day but until you get to your room, your day is over. And we haven’t been checked in by 4pm, I got a message that room is ready at 5:06pm. The room is old, needs renovation. But the worst thing was the service. Food in most places is horrible, after every meal my stomach was burning, twice we went to get towels by the pool, but there were none available. A staff member sent us to another location to check if they had any towels there, so we had to walk under the scorching sun, not knowing how long it would take, just to find some towels. And the most frustrating part is the price. Food is extremely expensive, a dinner in restaurant costs around $250 for 2 person, ice cream is $15 per person, they don’t give you at least a bottle of water per person, which is must have in all other hotels, especially 5 stars and you know why? Because they want you to go to their stores and buy it from there and by the way 1 bottle of water there costs $10.

Sfaff was very professional and helpful. Its family friendly. The bathroom could use little bit more scrubbing around the shower water faucet area, and the soap dispenser, it was very dirty cover in black mold. The room could also use a dehumidifier to absorb some of the mold smell. Don't use the wifi its very expensive, I got charged almost $100 after I complained that it didn't work very well, they gave me a $25 discount.

O hotel é muito bonito, agradável e oferece uma ótima estrutura, incluindo um excelente serviço de praia. O quarto se destacou bastante: muito espaçoso, confortável e limpo. Toda a equipe também foi muito atenciosa durante a nossa estadia. A única questão negativa é que o café da manhã não está incluído na diária. Como existe apenas um restaurante no local, os valores cobrados por ele acabam sendo bem caros. No geral, a experiência foi muito positiva, mas vale a pena ir preparado para os gastos com alimentação e de táxi.
