Île de Caldey : Vacances ski

L expérience q été très décevante et le rapport qualité prix etait Pas du tout au rendez vous. Réservez ailleurs

Extremely noisy at night as it is near the University Halls of Residence. Shouting and screaming outside the window until gone 4 am. The property should advise bringing, or provide, earplugs. There were items left in the fridge from a previous occupant and the shower was not adequately cleaned. The cupboard under the sink was not properly on its hinges and stopped the fridge door from closing. The property did not supply tea towels, washing-up liquid or cleaning cloths, which is unusual for a self catering apartment. Check out was 11am so I was very concerned that the housekeepers let themselves into my room without knocking at 9.53. I was in bed. I might have been in the middle of a shower. I would not normally put all this in a review, but I raised these issues in an email to the property to which I have not received the courtesy of a reply.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, très calme

Pas de chambre préparée a notre arrivée. Pas d informations du personnel. 2 heures d attente . Un grand n'importe quoi...
