The staff was courteous and really helpful. Bed was so comfortable. We did enjoy our 2 night stay.

The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our reservation was a party of 2 with a 6 party posted limit. We had to contact customer service because the host encouraged us to cancel via the app due not being a “good fit” for this protected community. I would be mindful of hosts who charge outrageous security deposits for short stays. I would not recommend this property. There are other great places nearby and more friendly who offer more amenities.

Nice big property with a large restaurant center across the road. Out of downtown but accessible. Large bedroom and comfortable bed. Was given a room for those with disabilities and had to move equipment in the bathroom and we're not given sufficient towels for 2. We made do but for the price of the room, I expect more tbh
