I am sharing my accommodation experience objectively in order to serve as a guide for future guests. First of all, there is a noticeable dampness problem in the rooms. Another annoying issue was the flies, which I suspect were entering through the ventilation system. Regarding hygiene, the room floor was not clean. Daily housekeeping consists only of replacing towels, restocking the water in the minibar, replenishing toilet paper, and topping up the tea and coffee supplies. You should not expect a thorough room cleaning. If you prefer not to use the elevator, using the stairs is unfortunately not a good option, as the stairwell has been neglected and left quite dirty. Although the hotel is close to the beach, it does not have a private beach area. Consequently, you have to pay an extra fee to access the beach and use the sun loungers. The breakfast is served continental-style, but it was insufficient for us in terms of variety and quantity. The staff are generally attentive and friendly. However, because the same towels are used for both the room and the pool, they ran out at the pool area and could not provide replacements. On the positive side, providing one bathrobe per guest is a significant plus. The location is excellent, situated right across from a shopping mall. Taking an evening stroll along the beach is very enjoyable, and the prices for extra food and drinks at or around the hotel are quite reasonable.

Great location and sea view but the room needs two chairs and a table in the balcony.

Cet hotel est très bien placé, proche du centre ville de Batumi et du front de mer appelé Boulevard. Le personnel est très prévenant et serviable. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le gros point noir pour quelqu'un qui ne fume pas comme moi, c'est l'odeur de cigarette qui vous saisit dès le hall d'entrée et qui vous accompagne jusque dans les ascenseurs. C'est atroce. La faute en revient au casino situé un étage plus bas où il est permis de fumer et qui communique directement avec le hall de l'hotel. Non fumeurs = fuyez !
