When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills.
There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person?
Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up.
Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to process the order.
So very big and clean hotel with lots of facilities but service can be improved and if you dont like screaming children all over the place on your holiday i would go somewhwre else.
