The toilet seat was broken, and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we couldn’t get a 5G signal at all. The soundproofing in the room was awful. On our last night, a couple staying in the room above us were fighting and shouting, waking us up at 4 a.m. We informed the manager, but he was unable to resolve the situation. As a result, the noise, shouting, and arguing continued, and we weren’t able to fall back asleep. Since it was our check-out day, we asked if it was possible to extend our stay in the room. The manager said they could only extend it by one hour, which wasn’t helpful. In the end, our entire day before the flight was ruined because we were exhausted from the lack of sleep. A few more downsides: It takes more than an hour to get to Chania from the hotel, and the bus is usually overcrowded. There are no shops nearby. On the positive side, the area is very peaceful, the beach is within walking distance, and the food offers a good variety to suit different tastes. Other than that, it’s pretty much the same as any standard all-inclusive hotel.

However, slight renovations are needed: gaps around doors and tired paintwork detract from the otherwise pleasant spaces. The resort shines with beautiful pools and gardens. The "relax pool" offers tranquility, while the "active pool" provides a lively atmosphere. Efficiency reigns supreme with friendly staff and exceptional reception service. Thoughtful touches like pick-up points around the hotel (especially helpful for those with mobility limitations) ease the walk from the beach. While car rentals are convenient, especially with Babis' friendly assistance, room cleanliness was a major letdown. In room 614, cigarette smoke wafted in from a nearby service area, ruining the fresh feeling. This seems to be a recurring issue for guests. The animation team, while enjoyable, presented solely in French. Some, particularly the male staff, came across as arrogant. English integration would significantly enhance the appeal. Repetitive shows with a strong French focus suggest a need for program diversity. The clean, well-maintained restaurant offered friendly service, but food variety was lacking – daily menus felt repetitive. A touch of staff enthusiasm and dress code enforcement could elevate the dining experience. A designated greeter to welcome guests and ensure dress code adherence would be a welcome addition, as many disregarded it. And cocktails should be served in a glass, not a cup

Hôtel très beau … déjeuner pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoile…. Chambre avec dés oreiller très dure et une salle de bain avec un évier …. Niveau de la piscine un transat on en a demandé un second on nous a répondu il y en a pas … j ai pris une chaise pour être à côté de mon épouse… super

Nice and quiet, very accommodating staff.

Mooi, schoon, niet te groot, prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede parkeermogelijkheden, direkt aan het strand. Enige jammere was dat elke dag het handdoekje leggen in het zwembad gespeeld werd, heel irritante mensen, hieraan zou iets moeten worden gedaan.
