Loved the pool. The villa was really clean and bright. You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. It was nice that when requested, they quickly delivered an iron and ironing board since it wasn't already inside our villa. The whole property was really clean and well maintained. The view from our villa was nice. The villa does have a steam shower which was nice. It had two bathrooms, one with the bedroom and one downstairs. It had its own dedicated parking spot for our rental car, dishware for cooking, a washer (no dryer), microwave, and a nice refrigerator/freezer. Couple of minor gripes and preferences were that the furniture was really basic and hard plastic so the seating was not comfortable. The wifi was pretty fast (broadband) but extremely high latency (ping) (700+ ms) for those who care about things like that. One of the gripes we had was that there is allegedly "room service" as they leave you food/drink/wine menus in your room and the phone has a room service button, yet if you want to order food, they will make it in their restaurant located at their hotel as previously mentioned and they do not deliver it... so it makes it pointless room service. Overall it was a nice villa, it was pretty quiet, and not too far away from old town Chania (10-15mins).

Fabulous resort and staff! We really enjoyed our stay. The spa was amazing—-Chris is a terrific therapist! Everyone was great…Kiki was a stand out and helped us tremendously. Definitely recommend!!

Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly, led by a great example from Anna, the manager. All inclusive food option amongst the best we have experienced. Property was spotless and room was of good size. Even though this was boutique hotel of only about 50 rooms, there were still day and evening activities for those who wanted to join in. Free parking was easy on a quiet rood just off the main route through Aghia Marina and outside the hotel. There is a convenient pathway from the rear of the hotel down to the main road, which about 50 yards long. Getting back up shouldn’t be an issue for anyone of average fitness with some steps then up to the pool area, though not suitable this way for anyone with mobility issues. All in all, we saw many good reviews before we booked and we were not disappointed. I can think of many so- called 5* hotel chains who could learn much from the way this hotel is run… Highly recommended!

Bra skick då hotellet är nyrenoverat o läget är perfekt på stranden MEN servicen saknas helt , alla skyller på alla när man har önskemål/ klagomål, frukosten är dålig, resturang saknas o i baren kan dom göra 2( Två) av drinkarna på menyn . Åk inte hit innan dom bytt personal.

Excellent breakfast, staff friendly and lovely pool Missed having a safe in room

Kamer was schoon, personeel was spontaan en vriendelijk. Goed ontbijt in the ochtend en alles vers. Goed toegankelijk met de auto en een supermarkt dicht bij het hotel.

Das Hotel war super gelegen und hat es dort sehr gefallen da wir eine gute Lage für Ausflüge haben wollten und dafür war es perfekt. Man kann sich vor Ort einen Quad mieten und in nur 30 min an Balos Beach hinfahren. Auch mit dem Auto kann man in nur einer Stunde zum Elafonissi Beach hinfahren, und die Fahrt dort hin ist schon ein Erlebnis wenn man die längere Strecke in Kauf nimmt. Das war bisher der schönste Strand den wir je gesehen haben. Frühstück im Hotel war ausreichend und am Pool hat man auch seine Ruhe gehabt und man konnte sich da sehr gut erholen. Im Großen und Ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub in diesem Hotel.
