Emerald Coast : Vacances à la mer

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was answering. The view was beautiful. I can't wait to go back. The room was cleaning. Thank yall.

The good things about this resort was the pool and beach areas. We also liked the numerous pools around the property if you didn't want to go to the big pool near the beach. That's was about it everything else we did not appreciate. We stayed in villa 602 that needs major updating before it is rented again. There were stains all over the sofas to the point I didn't even want my family sitting on them. The hall sink was stopped up and we contacted maintenance about it the day we got in but they didn't come to check on it until the next day. When they came we were taking showers and getting ready to leave out so we asked them to come back. They never did so the sink was stopped up our entire stay. The TV in the 2nd bedroom was broken like it fell off the wall but was never fixed. The patio door in the living room would not open. All the furniture needs to be replaced and the villa needs a major deep cleaning. The patio furniture looks like it has not been cleaned in years and its rusted. Overall, I would not recommend staying in villa 602.
