« The condo was very clean and comfortable. Construction on the main street ( nothing to do with condo; just the location) created fair amount of noise. Location is very central so close to many shops and eateries. »

« Wonderful location, just far enough away from downtown Pagosa Springs but super quick to get there. The neighborhood was so quiet. There is a small pond behind the unit where we watched deer, ducks, and bats from the floor to ceiling windows! The beds and linens are so great too! »

« We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. We enjoyed the mountains first...
