'Excellent staff. Maureen at the concierge desk was very helpful. Logan was superb. They guys from Engineering who got chrome cast to work on the tv were very helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was very nice, and we enjoyed our balcony view. Makoto was an excellent dining experience, as was the breakfast buffet at Gessners. I really appreciated the shuttle service to downtown Vail. 'Prachtig resort. Ligging was uitstekend, 5 min lopen naar centrum. Ook was er een shuttlebus. Kamer was fantastisch! Helaas bleven wij maar 1 nacht. Kleine tip/ opmerking: Ontbijt was prima maar uitstraling van ontbijtzaal past niet bij resort!! '
