Guest have full access to the unit: Kitchen, Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, and patio.
Other things to note
*CORONAVIRUS READY* Mindy's Cleaning service cleans the entire home with PEROXY HYDOX which is and effective disinfectant, sanitizer, fungicide, virucide, deodorant and cleaner (non toxic to humans). We use a ozone generator, with neighbors permission, which has been effecting on virus'. We have also converted to all white comforters and sheets which are bleached. Lastly, we have increased the minimum number of nights per stay (reduces the number of guest and potential exposure to the virus).
There are two other units that share a hallway. One adjacent unit that is currently vacant and once unit above. The unit above is occupied by an older couple and you will not even know that they are there. However they are very friendly and available if you need them for anything. They wanted me to share their contact information, which can be found in the bedroom nightstand. We do not book short stays, one or two days, more that 30 days out.
