« I spent 20 minutes trying to find the lock box below a park bench among 40 other lock boxes all attached to the same bench. It was stuck in ice and I froze my fingers at -15C. I guess this is their idea of a front desk. Not the welcome I was expecting.
The heating system in the room is not working. The room temperature never went above 20C no matter how high we set it. It only made the fan spin faster, creating more wind and freezing us. We kept our winter coats inside and slept with our socks...

« They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again! »
