'Have been waiting on a refund from host for over a week. He has been contacted by VRBO & Expedia multiple times without response. I was not going to leave a negative review but the host has left me no choice. We arrived at the property on check in day to a *very strong* odor of moth balls. 'Property was mostly clean. Cute house in nice area. Close to activities. Needs some TLC such as we only had one washrag for two people. Shampoo bottle empty. Wet towel in kitchen sink. Coffee can empty. Granddaughter loved use of bike. Garage had spider eggs. Mail in box. Just little more TLC'

'The home was just as described, clean, beautiful, and so comfortable! Exactly what our family needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close to Cedarville University!'

'The location was good for bike riding on the Little Miami Trail. There were no wine glasses so we had to drink our wine out of coffee cups. There is only one shower. Not even enough for the five of us, much less for the ten that the place advertised.'

'Place was clean with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, complete bathroom, king size bed, and even a piano. Place was located in historical neighborhood. Would stay again lots of close restaurants within walking distance. Owner is attentive Would not recommend with young children.'
