'Everything was as pictured and described and the communication was excellent. Even light switches were lableled, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect: steps away from shops, restaurants, and a nature preserve, but on a quiet street where you could rest at the end of a busy day. '

'The place was very comfortable. We had an absolutely lovely time there. A nice walk to the downtown area for dinner. And then walk down for some shopping afterwards the next day. The host was so accommodating and friendly and helpful. And after we left, we drove over to Clifton Gorge and hiked around a bit.'

'The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars.'

'Loved, Loved, Loved this property! Host was absolutely spectacular in all regards….from the listing accuracy and completeness to communication to readiness for the stay zero issues! Cleanliness wow, have stayed in VRBOs many times in many locations and this location one of best ever, every inch of the space clean and immaculate! Lastly great planning for the guest, “extra towels in the dresser in bedroom 2”, just one example…on and on could go but bottom line is if could have rated higher...

'For UD family weekend, we stayed at the charming Clover cottage. It’s a cozy little place with a welcoming atmosphere. The home was not only clean and well-maintained, but also featured an incredibly comfortable bed. It’s located within a reasonable walking distance to the UD campus and just a block away from ghost light coffee shop. The host was excellent promptly responding to all our messages. I would definitely recommend staying here.'
