'Good breakfast'

'The check in was awesome! We arrived an hour before checkin and the staff was so accommodating. She found a room that was ready for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. '

'Conditions were stander. The outside and the rooms looked like the pictures there were just small aspects that could have been better. There were some stains and spots on the bedsheets and top blanket but it was not clear if it was a permanent one or just one they didn’t notice. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. For a one day stay it did the trick.'

'No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience '

'Our room was clean and very comfortable and we had one of the suites, which had extra room. The rooms are somewhat dated but they are doing a major renovation there, so I’m sure they will be updated at some point. Staff were amazing and very friendly, which we always appreciate! There was a note on our table about expecting very loud construction noise from 8:00am to 6:00 pm every day except Sunday, so people need to keep that in mind. 'Cheaper hotel in downtown Jacksonville but hotel needs a total refresh is a very rundown hotel but for the money and the location it is a good stay in the Riverview is amazing'
