'The architecture of the house, both inside and out, was gorgeous. It is really amazingly designed and very attractive, though old and needing some TLC at this point. There was no evidence of rodents like others mentioned in the past, but we noticed holes where they could get in. The back patio, the balcony over the water, and the private location within all the greenery were all wonderful. The dock had a hole leading to it and looked unstable, so we didn't venture onto it. 'The property was clean and beautiful, with a sauna and a big tub that made warming up easy.Beach access couldn’t be easier, as long as you can do a flight of stairs. Just down the street was a State Park with more beach access and a historic lighthouse, basically under the picturesque Newport bridge.The property owner was warm and welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better stay on the Oregon coast.'
