Hôtel près de Y Plaza (Vancouver)

« MyPlace was much nicer than I expected from an affordable hotel next to a shopping mall. It was great having a kitchen, the beds were comfortable, it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was super happy with my choice. The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. »

« The cleanliness was excellent. The hotel appeared to have been renovated, and it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. We could not hear the people next door at all. Another customer told us they stay there every time they are in the area, and I can see why. I would definitely stay there again. »

« When we entered the room, there were used towels on the counter in the bathroom and kitchen, there was trash in all the trash cans. We arrived at nearly 2am, so we just went to sleep and notified staff next day. »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« Easy to find close to everything parking was easy the staff was friendly and helpful »

« Very clean room, newly remodeled. Accommodation request were not met for us. I asked not to be my elevator and they placed me right in front of the elevator. Breakfast looks decent but poor quality. Fruit was not fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. Decent price. Unsure if we will return. »
