'Het was proper op het eerste zicht. Gordijnen hingen paraplu. Ruim appartement, prima locatie. Prijs-kwaliteit in orde.'

'Restaurant en bar waren gesloten. Kamer wordt slechts 1 maal per 3 dagen gepoetst. Ontbijt is volledig doch mist variatie. Ligging van hotel is goed en met het openbaar vervoer ben je in 5 minuten in de oude binnenstad. Contact met personeel (uitgezonderd receptie) verloopt stroef en meestal met handen en voeten, beheersen geen Duits of Engels.'

When you tell them that they are advertising on Expedia that they have fitness facilities they say we never said it was free! Be aware of this misleading advertisement! I’ve never had hotel before that you need to pay for using the fitness when they advertise that they have the facilities! There are much better hotels for cheaper or the same prices. The...

'Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Close by the city but still quiet area. Just that a lunch break from 12-1pm where you can't check-in is very old fashioned these days. And there's lack of communication between the reception and breakfast staff (first you don't need a breakfast ticket, but without they don't serve you). Breakfast is complete and nice. '
